“Korozo was established 50 years ago in Turkey. Under the leadership and ownership of the family shareholder, the company developed into the leading flexible packaging producer in Turkey. Today Korozo has 2800 employees exporting 75% of it’s production to Europe and other countries around the globe. The family sold the company in 2017 and since then a new, more diverse leadership team has been established. The company has ambitious goals and decided that cultural changes were required to make these happen. This included the definition and implementation of a set of Company Values. But they had to be more than a set of words on banners or PPT presentations. They needed to be put in practice and embedded deeply in the whole organisation. During 6 months, Tips4Talent has been instrumental in the development and deployment of the 6 Korozo Values. The “tips” help us every day to behave in alignment with our Values, when we take decisions and execute tasks to achieve our goals.”
“ISS BeLux had the opportunity to work with T4T on the deployment of our new leadership skills and values in order to make them as concrete as possible. For each of the desired behaviors (related to the leadership skills and values) T4T developed pragmatic tips that were very meaningful to our colleagues, our Placemakers.
