STEP 1. We determine desired behaviors for each company value.

We translate these values into concrete behaviors.

Our team determines the behaviors based on your value definitions and business strategy, so they are 100% tailor-made. We work in co-creation with both managers and employees through interviews and workshops. For each company value, we deliver six behaviors.

STEP 2: We link the behaviors to action-based and tailor-made development tips.

These practical tips stimulate and activate the desired behavior.

Our tips are crafted by organizational psychologists and based on academic research. They are designed to be effective in the practical reality of your company. We deliver six tips per behavior, available in all languages.

STEP 3: We distribute the behaviors and tips throughout your complete workforce.

Employees receive the tips through a push-mail(Forms Office 365). We also provide printed booklets consistent with your corporate identity. We offer integration support for key HR processes such as onboarding, evaluation, and target settings.

STEP 4: We ensure sustainable behavioral change.

We want to guarantee long-term behavioral change, therefore we also provide our Tips4Tips handout. This practical guide clearly explains to both managers and employees how to apply the tips. Tips4Tips is based on the seven disciplines of sustainable behavioral change.
